going, but am not that bothered about this, there are old buildings and newer ones on either side of the street I am walking down which are in disrepair. Like most English large towns. I’m in one of the concrete large ’60s shopping centre-type buildings, and go through an indoor market (?) and through an exit, I’m pretending like I know where I’m going to look assertive. It’s very skanky and dilapidated, grim and falling apart, there are some poor, malnourished, dirty-looking children around and I get past them and see a ramp, like a multi-story car park lit by old artificial fluorescent lighting, leading down into daylight.
I see a peaceful, tranquil and pleasant riverside with people lounging in the bright sunshine in clean clothes and relaxed. I look in the other direction and I’m walking down a street and see in the distance a large towerblock crumble and fall like a tree. The street is busy and everyone stops and stares. At this point, I feel like a bit of an outsider as this seems perfectly normal for the surrounding residents of all ages who watch the spectacle. Then a strange, grey with black patches, tubular highrise with other tubes coming out of it like some gigantic strange plumbing experiment, also in the distance near the fallen neighbouring tower. starts to sway backwards, like it is also being demolished, but instead, it moves around like it is controlled by an invisible joystick in different directions and then it falls. Everyone in the street continues looking, The fact that this weird tube building didn’t just fall under its weight but moved around in different directions before falling does not seem to freak out the observers.
